Debido a la situación por COVID-19, ESFF se vio obligado a cancelar la edición presencial del festival 2020. Desde el ESFF queríamos seguir ofreciendo lo mejor del cine español e Iberoamericano a UK, además de ocio de calidad y entretenimiento. Fue por eso que la 8a edición del festival tuvo lugar online.
