
Feliciano is an 8-year-old shepherd boy in the Peruvian Andes. He is elated by Peru’s chances to qualify for the 2018 FIFA World Cup. However, his environment is threatened by a contaminated lake because a mining company wants to take over the land. One day his alpacas disappear but the authorities ignore his family’s requests for help. Feliciano will seek to find his alpacas while the town unites to take action against the company.Trigger warnings: Contains scenes with verbal and physical violence, racial slurs, animal deaths and police abuse.
