San Sebastián and its surrounding areas have the highest concentration of Michelin star restaurants per square mile in the world. Andoni Luis Aduriz will present the documentary ‘Mugaritz BSO’ – a “gastronomic musical collaboration whose goal is to create a world of sound using culinary experience represented by some of the dishes at Mugaritz”. The film is a collaboration between Luis Andoni Aduriz and the musician Felipe Ugarte, and is being screened in Scotland for the first time.
Andoni Aduriz is one of the most talented and creative chefs. Aduriz has been called a “genius” by ‘Food and Wine Magazine’, and “a cult figure among Europe’s young avant-garde Chefs.” In ‘Mugaritz’, his first major cookbook, Aduriz reveals for the first time the creative process behind his dishes. It features 70 recipes which are sure to inspire chefs and food lovers around the world.
